Here is Liston right before he takes him down, in wrestling it would be called a double leg take down I'm sure Judo has some wierd Japan name for it that I don't remember.
Liston received a promotion on Monday. Went from an orange/white belt to a blue/white belt.
Liston was proud of his promotion.
His parents are proud of him too.

Oh what a big boy now that is awsome so proud of him and you guys for letting him do this he looks so cute
The blue/white belt is WAY cuter than the orange one! That's what it's really about right? What a cool thing for him to be involved with, I wonder if Ax would get into that sort of thing. He's a completely fearless so... it might be good for him. What age can the kids start?
